Illustrative resource · Version 1.0

See what the evidence tells you.
And what it does not.

Demonstration only — not a client report. Every project record and finding below is fictional. This page demonstrates a report format, not an inspection performed, a measured outcome or professional certification. It is not a promise of the exact scope of your engagement.

03 · Who decides and who signs off?

  • S.E.S: observes within an agreed scope, coordinates evidence and reports unresolved questions.
  • The relevant appointed professional: assesses and certifies technical or legal matters within their own qualifications and appointment.
  • The owner: retains approval and payment decisions with appropriate independent advice. S.E.S does not hold or release the owner’s funds.

04 · Make the next step explicit

A scoped report should identify the decision, action owner, evidence required, agreed follow-up date and unresolved limitations. Missing documents or pending inspections remain visible; they do not become assumed completion.

This is a format illustration. Actual access, personnel, visit frequency, turnaround, fees and deliverables must be agreed in writing for your project. Do not upload identity documents, contracts or financial records through the public enquiry form.
